Users’ browsing data will be used with the sole purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the systems, so that the visitor can be guaranteed the enjoyment of the site based on the relative legitimate interest of the owner.

This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 by Think2future S.r.l. (C.F. and P.IVA 16035651005), with registered office in Via Stefano Boccapaduli, 33 – 00153 Roma (RM) , in its capacity as the subject in charge of the processing of personal data provided by users of the website www.pictrue.it through the compilation of the “contact us” form.

  1. Type of personal data processed

The personal data processed are first name, last name and email address of the data subject. In the present case, data subject is the person requesting information through the form that appears within the website www.pictrue.it.

  1. Provision of data and purpose of processing

The provision of the above data is optional. However, any refusal to provide the data makes it impossible to process any requests received.

Except in cases of defense of right or fulfillment of a legal obligation, personal data provided by users will be used by the Owner exclusively to provide feedback to requests from data subjects.

Personal data provided by users are lawfully processed on the basis of the provisions of Article 6 par. 1 lett. b) of EU Regulation 679/2016. Your personal data will not be processed outside the EU area.

In adherence to the principles set forth in EU Regulation 679/2016, personal data provided through the “contact us” form will be kept only for the period necessary to process the request, in accordance with the purposes for which they were collected.

Thereafter, personal data will be deleted.

  1. Rights of the data subject

Current privacy legislation guarantees that data subjects have the right to be informed about the processing of data concerning them, as well as the right to access this data at any time and to request that it be updated, supplemented and/or corrected.

If possible, the data subject may exercise his or her right to data deletion and/or restriction of data processing.
