1. Type of personal data processed

The personal data processed are the name, surname, and email address of the data subject. In this case, the data subject is the person requesting information through the form appearing on the website www.think2future.it.

2. Provision of data and purpose of processing

The provision of the aforementioned data is optional. However, refusal to provide the data makes it impossible to process any requests received.

Except in cases of legal defense or compliance with a legal obligation, the personal data provided by users will be used by the Controller exclusively to respond to the requests of the data subjects.

3. Legal basis of processing

The personal data provided by users are processed lawfully based on the provisions of Art. 6 para. 1 letter b) of EU Regulation 679/2016. (b) Be communicated to the competent authorities, where provided by law.

5. Data retention

In adherence to the principles of EU Regulation 679/2016, the personal data provided through the “Contact Us” form will be retained solely for the period necessary to fulfill the request, in accordance with the purposes for which they were collected.

Subsequently, the personal data will be deleted.
